early mornings from the night before

a few more days at my dad's house. good stuff for now.

and in other news....


today i got some more clothes. a pair of shoes and 2 t-shirts. you realize how much of a pain in the ass you must be when at every store the people tell you that they don't have size 13 shoes. one woman had to look for about 10 different pairs of shoes before finding one pair that i liked that fit me. crazy. what makes it worse is that my dad wasn't ready till 6:30 and we weren't there till 8:30, so all those folks were ready to leave. sorry for that.

but today wasn't all crap. spending time with my dad can be very stressing for me sometimes, but i think that i may be bringing it upon myself in some instances. i need to work on that. we just have a hard time getting along sometimes, but we still have fun. today he let me drive his z06 corvette. that was very stressing at first, but became pleasurable after about 30 minutes. it's a lot more stressful than you think to be driving $50,000 around. especially when they're not yours. lol. but things went well.
and i will take this thing over 100, don't you worry bout that.
dad and i are headin up to DC on thursday. it should be a lot of fun, i hope things go very well.

it's 3 am. what the hell. i need a life. lol.

i actually am pretty happy that i'll be home in a few days. crazy. st. croix, i can't believe i call it home now. lol. i dunno, something clicked in me over the past few months in STX. i get to call that island home. it offers me a lot. not the same things that fort mill did, but it still offers me a lot. and i'm happy about those oppurtunities. i can't have everything i want all the time, and it's something the island is teaching me not only to learn, but to also appreciate. going out to the beach with jess is always an awesome experience for me. don't really understand why, but i know that those are the kind of moments i'll take with me.

for some reason, the one thing that i've always wanted on STX is a go-kart track. i really don't have a good understanding of why. i used to go to celebration station every once in a while in charlotte, but never like on a regular basis. i went go-karting 3 times since i've gotten back to the states, but i've wanted a track on STX since before then. ...weird.

i should probably head to bed now, i got some stuff i need to get done tommmorrow. peace out folks.
