glitz and glamour weekend

phew, the weekend's over. why? we need today off :-p

friday was very nice, jess came over and then we went to see the da vinci code. it was pretty good, seeing as i haven't read the book. i met jess' friend amanda who goes to ithaca, that was pretty nice. it was just a good evening.

saturday was prom day. jess came over in the early afternoon and then left to get her hair done. i was actually stressing out about it, i couldn't believe it. i worked my butt off to make sure i had everything arranged right, and to make sure i would get everything done before i left. i cleaned my apartment completely, and then picked out some flowers for jess' dress. they were white and i think she liked them when she got them later, so that went well. next i got in the shower and got ready. it was actually a long process; i wanted to look as good as possible for jess. next i got in the car and grabbed chris. we met jess at the beach and took pictures. when i saw jess walk towards me, i was amazed. she looked drop dead gorgeous. i'm gonna post them in here after i post this entry. all 3 of us then hopped in my car and went to my house for a few minutes to get jess her flowers, and then we went off to prom.

prom was very pretty, lots of people dressed in really nice clothes. the food was good, and jess was the most stunning girl there, no joke. alisha had an awesome dress, and so did sofia, who even had cleavage (who'dve thought??). the table we were at was horrible; and i'll leave that thought with one detail, and the rest should be apparent: i was at the same table with shantel and kerstin. jess and i took some pictures, wandered around, sat at our first date table, and then disapeared.

we went to my apartment for an hour or two, then went to the afterparty.

the afterparty was a pretty big disapointment, it was all focused around the beer pong table, which was where all the cups and beer went to without anyone getting any. there were drunk people there, and that's about it. we made some conversation, and then we left there to go home.

we were gonna go to point udall, but jess and i passed out, and i didn't think it would be worth it to wake jess up, so we slept in.

sunday we didn't do much of anything. really. we slept till 10, then did some work on jess' project on fitzgerald. then we slept till 4, i took her home, then i ate dinner, talked to kat, then went to bed.
